Delivery destinations

We only provide store pickup services at our physical locations and our affiliated partners’ locations. It is the user’s responsibility to get informed about the available pickup locations listed elsewhere on the site and choose the correct one to pick up the order during the checkout process. Any orders that do not comply with these specifications will be cancelled and refunded.

Terms of sale of products

Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product or service and is subject to the following terms and conditions. Your order is accepted by us when we send an email confirmation and/or a redirect to a webpage which provides details of how we have made that product or service available to you. That acceptance will be complete at the time we send the order confirmation email and/or web page redirect to you.

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.

You must be over 18 years of age and possess a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank acceptable to us, or have a MonCash account or have been cleared by our accounting department to issue check payments.

Delivery

We aim for you to receive your order at the chosen pickup location within a week of placing it, if this location is in the metropolitan area of Port-au-Prince. Note that delivery to locations in other geographical departments can result in longer delivery times.

Returns

Purchases made at Global Home & Office Smart can be returned or exchanged with an original receipt within 15 days of purchase, and the product returned must be unopened. Products returned within this time frame will be refunded, minus any shipping charges.

Pricing/Availability

While we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered, we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.

All prices are generally inclusive of TCA and may include delivery charges; if delivery charges are over and above the price of purchase, such additional charges are clearly displayed where applicable and included in the ‘Total Cost’.
